Product must be purchased from appointed authorized retailers only. Purchases made from non-authorized dealers are
not entitled to warranty coverage.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Products purchased via parallel import, unauthorized sellers, or from overseas are not eligible for warranty.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Free inspection is subject to evaluation and approval by the service center.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to the service center unless otherwise stated.
Warranty assessment may take approximately 14–30 working days depending on the case.
Wear and tear, misuse, crash damage, improper modification, or normal aging are not covered under warranty.
